The Health of our community is our top priority. Thank you for helping us by being proactive and understanding with all of our changes and challenges since the introduction of COVID-19. Your support of our staff and our community during these difficult times has been extraordinary. Being a small business during these times of hardship is difficult but we want to continue to HELP and build your trust with your fitness!
We have been closely monitoring the guidelines and activity of COVID-19 from both the CDC and local government and have implemented new precautions to ensure that we keep a safe environment for all of our members and staff.
We are expecting to close. But we will not stop coaching you! We don’t want you to lose this buffer of health and fitness that you have built. This evening our staff will be meeting to discuss our next steps on how to implement our online coaching to keep you all training.
Our coaches will continue to provide value to our community through daily workouts, online coaching, social engagement (from a distance), nutrition guidance and accountability.
WE HAVE A PLAN. Our team will be moved to online remote coaching that we have built for members outside of our gym. The remote coaching program is a higher value service because it is all one-on-one and we are giving this to all of our current members at your normal membership rate.
Each person will be assigned a coach to provide them a program that will fit their needs along with daily accountability and follow ups. You also have an opportunity to rent equipment with our “Equipment Rental Program” that will be available sometime in the next few days.
P.S. Make sure you stay prepared for our “QuaranTEAM Closed” online competition coming to an inbox near you!
Our MOVE program started Wednesday 3/18 available through Wodify. Here you will find daily workouts done with minimal equipment. It’s time to get creative!
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
