WHAT IS THE OPEN?
For the newbies out there, the CrossFit Open is a series of 5 workouts spread out over 5 weeks who’s aim is to find the fittest people in the world.
In the SHCF Intramural open you will have the ability to contribute to your team every single week no matter your score. Go above and beyond in spirit and performance and you will have the ability to contribute even more!
HOW TO PLAY
Sign up for your team and unlock the energy of the Open and get ready to play. Choose Rx’d or Scaled and lets throw down.

Schedule a Goal Setting session with one of your coaches and lets work on getting you ready for #OpenSeason
Each Thursday in the Open SHCF will have a group of athletes throw down after the announcement – let’s have some FUN!
Every week your team will have some extra activities you can participate in to gain extra points for your team and rise to the top of the leaderboard.
After giving your best effort, get a picture for the ‘gram and group text all your friends. Secretly stress about a redo. Cheer on your fellow teammates and watch the energy of the Open bring out the best in people!
Refresh, refresh, refresh as scores roll in to see where your team ranks in your box.
