Are We Open?


Lucky FIT YOU!

You have prioritized your health by being a member of a gym such as ours. You have worked very hard to get where you are in your health and fitness journey. We are going to continue to make you harder to kill.

 

Now you are about to reap the benefits. You are in one of the lowest risk groups in the world for being harmed by this virus.

 

In the years to come, the data will show this. I predict no matter what your age, that participation in programs such as ours will show complete protection from the ill effects of the virus.

 

A Couple of things:

  1. Don’t give up the protective fitness you have developed. Now is not the time to take a break. We will work with you, whatever your needs are. You pay us to coach you. That is what we will do. Wherever that needs to take place.
  2. Remember that most people do not care for themselves the way you do. That means you can spread it to them even if you feel like you can PR your lifts. Don’t infect your less fit friends, family, and neighbors.
  3. Take a moment and take pride in the commitment you have made to your health. You have put fitness first. And you are now reaping the benefits.

 

The harder one works the luckier they seem to be. This age-old saying seems to fit nicely with the current situation. Priorities matter. Make sure health and fitness stay number one.

I’m not sure what the next few weeks/months look like for us but we are prepared.

 

As of now, we are OPEN. But this seems like it will change. We are going to do what is right for our community and for our members. We are going to capitalize on our circumstances and use this time to highlight our members needs and wants.

If we are open but you decide that it is best that you stay home:

This Wednesday we will start our at home workout series “Meraki MOVE”

Each day we will post a workout and brief that you can complete from your quarantined area. The only things you will need are your bodyweight and a backpack. Yes, it’s that simple and that fun.

If we close: You pay us to Coach, that’s what we do. 

  1. We will live stream our workouts from Facebook. Times are TBD but each day we will have multiple times to WOD with us!
  2. You can receive a higher value service of a personal program from one of our coaches that you can complete in lieu of your in-gym membership. We will host virtual Athlete Check-Ins that you can schedule with a coach to come up with some goals to work on during our time of isolation. Each day you can post/check in with a coach to complete your workout and hold you accountable.
  3. Nutrition is and should still be a priority. Check out our social media for information on how to stock up for #CaronaVirus.
