Yes, you read that right. This week our Snack Sunday spotlight is on apple chips, and I’m so excited to share this one with you guys! Fall is almost here and that means all of the fun baked goods. I love this recipe because you get to enjoy the fun flavors of fall, without all of the added sugars and calories. Check it out.
- Honeycrisp Apples
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice apples super thin.
- Place apples on baking sheet and make sure they do not overlap.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake on 250 for 1-2 hours, or until apples reach your favorite level of crunchiness. Flip occasionally.
