South Hall CrossFit is located on Spout Springs Road in Flowery Branch, GA. We offer a well-equipped and maintained facility with plenty of class times to fit your busy schedule.
We’re not your typical gym. You won’t come in here and hit the elliptical or mindlessly run on the treadmill. Thats why we work. We are different.
Here you get to train with a coach EVERY class. Our classes are predesigned for you, and modified to your fitness level. You receive individualized coaching every time you come to the gym.
Here, you will find that pushing yourself feels good. You will find a community of people unlike any other; people who care about whether or not you show up for a workout. You will find resources and ideas for healthy eating. You will finally find that thing that “makes a difference” or that routine you can stick to…or you could pay $45 a month for a globo gym that you never use.
I started CrossFit in 2010 and have loved every minute since. There is much to say about our team and community here at South Hall CrossFit and I am proud to be a part of what we have built. We strive to give people not just the knowledge we have in fitness for them to get fitter both physically and mentally, but to lead a better and happier life all around. Our Coaches hold their title proud and our community is the best reflection of SHCF.

I began Crossfit in 2010 simply to get in shape. Although it was intimidating at first, I fell in love with the changes I began to see in my body and the mental edge it gave me. I became a Crossfit Trainer to not only pass along my knowledge of healthy living, but to also empower others to take control of their lives both mentally and physically. The best hour of your day will be with our community at SHCF, invigorating you to pass this along. Live your best life and leave the world a little better than you found it. That’s the kind of community we strive to create here at SHCF.
The love for fitness began when I was little on the swim team and grew into a daily run that I would use to cope as a teenager. I continued that coping mechanism as an adult and continued to run. After having my first child I got a job at a local gym and immersed myself in group fitness classes. I became a certified spin instructor and taught spin classes until a high risk pregnancy kept me from doing so. Years later I was training for a triathlon and my mother asked me to join CrossFit with her. I reluctantly joined with hopes that I would gain strength to be a better triathlete. After the triathlon I changed my focus to CrossFit. Six months after joining I earned my L1 and began coaching. I love CrossFit because it is always pushing me as an athlete and as a coach. There is always room for improvement. My journey began at South Hall CrossFit and has become a second home for me. I look forward to continuing this journey and welcome all to try.
