South Hall CrossFit – CrossFit Metcon (Time) Teams of 3 1800m Run 120 Wallballs 30/20 30 Power Cleans 185/125 120 Wallballs 30/20 1800m Run*Split runs into 600m sprints. Once partner 1 finishes they may start on Wallballs while others finish run. They will complete all 150 wall balls before advancing to power cleans.
